"I hear a drummer" or " hummer" said the teacher........These admonishments often resonated within the classroom walls during my elementary years. Most of the time, I was not even aware of my actions because it was who I was then and who I later came to be. Both my parents were influenced by music and the arts especially, my mother who played the piano and sang with a variety of quintets in New York during WW-2. At any given time, I was hearing Beethoven or Brahms being played on my father's phonograph or record player for those of you who have never heard of the term. My inclination as a young boy was to play everything, although I never attempted a wind, string or brass instrument, I was particularly fond of the Cello and French Horn.

Due to my interest in melodic and percussive instruments, it was difficult for me to choose an instrument until I realized that the rhythm in me was more about my drumming on everything while singing along to percussive rhythms. Therefore it seemed only natural to enter into percussion as my primary instrument and of course, singing. At the age of seven and continuing through my grade school years, I was invited to sing our country's National Anthem each day in the courtyard of our school, Saint Joseph's, by coincidence by the same person who was reprimanding me for my singing in the classroom. Little did I know that I was in the capable hands of some very educated, highly trained and talented Dominican Nuns. I was taught to use my voice properly. Every Sunday for seven years, I performed and sang in English as well as Latin at Saint Joan of Arc Church and other event gatherings among hundreds of people until I reached high school. High School was fun as high school goes because the band I was in at the time "Brahma" played every gig which allowed me to hone my skills while attempting then what was later to become Progressive Rock.

Later in college writing music  was important as was performing every gig possible, however this is where technical theater and acting  came on the schene, which is where my career  lead as it  paid the bills. Over the years I had the pleasure of studying and hanging out with some great musicians in all areas of percussion while continuing to compose on guitar, bass and keyboard. I like anything that makes beautiful sound  . . . . that can transform ones imagination.

My most recent work is the project known as "Timothy 2010 A.D." However there are many past projects, which include works of progressive rock and spiritual listening, which I intend to share. I have performed as a studio musician as well as live including some music video pieces, which I composed, performed and produced. Some of these works can be viewed on You Tube . . . . just like everybody else.

My passion is music and theater, I will continue to strive and produce what I believe you, the listener want to hear, see and feel.
